Before You Buy

Here are some important details to consider when building a pool. We’ve also included more resources detailing Griffin Pools’ building process.

Warranties

The Griffin Pools building experience goes beyond the day we leave you with the pool of your dreams. Our minimum standard warranty is one year, in addition to a lifetime warranty on your swimming pool shell. We also provide a three-year manufacturer’s warranty on all pool equipment. Our design consultants will discuss all the details of your warranty with you before you make any decisions, and our warranties will always be bound in writing.

Liability & Workers' Compensation

Safety is of the utmost importance to us and we’re always following precautions to ensure a safe working environment. But in case of unforeseen events, we’re prepared. Griffin Pools carries liability insurance and workers’ compensation.

You should never get into business with any company that doesn’t carry this for their employees. Always ask to see a copy of the builder’s insurance binder to protect yourself from any accidents on your property.

Bankruptcy

Florida’s lenient bankruptcy laws allow for inadequate pool builders and business owners to remain in business. However, Griffin Pools has never filed for bankruptcy since we were created in 1975. We can guarantee your pool will be finished with the highest quality materials and fully warrantied.

Office Location

The Griffin Pools, Inc. showroom is located at 3404 Reynolds Road, Lakeland, FL 33803. We strongly advise against working with companies that aren’t established in the same area as your home.

Finding fully-trained pool builders with expertise can be difficult. Griffin Pools has the most pool building experience anywhere in Central Florida. Over the years, we’ve built more than 7,000 pools in Polk, Hardee, Hillsborough, Highlands Counties and throughout Central Florida. Contract

Griffin Pools wants to be fully transparent with our customers throughout the building process, and that includes giving you every detail in writing. With every construction, Griffin Pools puts the contract in writing and details the document for our customers.

We want to ensure that you are completely comfortable with your pool buying experience. Clearly communicating with our customers is important to us. Writing every detail of our construction process for your approval is a necessity before beginning.
